I was born in South Dakota in 1930, married as a student at SDSU, moved to South Carolina.  My husband and I have six children, five grandchildren, and two by marriage of son, and two great  grand children by blood, three by marriages.  I used to work hard at local amateur theatre, then went to University of South Carolina for first a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, and then an MA in Theatre, concentrating on set design and finishing.  I often acted, and sang in many musical productions.  But my favorite theatre experience was playing Vladimir in an all-woman cast of "Waiting for Godot."  I have written and published poetry, stories, and novels, written screen play scripts, and now own and operate a professional art and writing business, Isabel's Studio, inc.   Mostly I have a lot of fun and love working on the computer, though I am very inept at anything beyond typing in far too many works of fiction and poetry!
